Q I know the kind of look I want, but am having difficulties putting it together. Can you help and what are your charges?
A We are happy to visit you at your home, to discuss your ideas and make some notes. We can then meet you at our showroom to go through fabrics, wallpapers, colour schemes etc. We can also give you quotations on the curtains and furnishings we have discussed. Up to this point there is no fee involved. If you would like illustrated design boards to be prepared as well, there would be a charge of £50 - £75 per board, depending on content, which is refundable on the placement of your order.
Q I work long hours and can only be available during the evening or on a Saturday, can you still visit me at my home?
A Yes, if you would like to telephone us we will happily make an appointment to suit your needs.
Q Quite a number of the photographs of your work look quite traditional. I have just bought a new apartment in London and want it to look very contemporary.
A We specialise in all types of interiors - from the very traditional home or hotel to brand new apartments using the latest designs in natural fabrics, blinds, and flooring.
Q We are moving into a new home in a couple of weeks - how long do you normally take to make and install?
A We normally quote 6 - 8 weeks, but will always try our best to help out when you are in a hurry. Often, we can put blinds up first to give you some privacy and return a little later with the other curtains and soft furnishings.
Q How do I know I will be satisfied with your service?
A We have operated from our current premises for over 14 years now and we pride ourselves on an excellent after sales service. You are very welcome to look at the many letters of thanks we have received .and we often work for the same clients and their friends over many years as they re-furbish their homes or move on.
